JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage projects as assigned by the Director (Investment project preparation phase)
+ Draw the total area planning
+ Prepare project presentations
+ Calculate the total investment of each project
+ Calculate economic efficiency of projects
+ Monitor project progress
+ Supervise work, handle and report project problems to the Director for guidance.
+ Prepare procedures with relevant agencies
- Other tasks as assigned by the Director
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University majoring in construction, architecture, economic administration,... with knowledge and understanding of the investment project planning process.
- Gender: female or male, good looks, communication ability.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience participating in the investment project preparation stage (preparing investment project proposal documents)
+ Know how to calculate total investment
+ Proficient in cad drawing and master plan for a project
+ Know how to write project proposals (CN, production complex, trade and service complex, wholesale market, gas station,...)
- Have Management knowledge in the construction and investment industry
- Having relevant certificates is an advantage. (For example: certificate of professional training in bidding, certificate of professional training in evaluating investment project effectiveness, establishing total investment...)
