Work content:
- Research the market and customers to come up with effective and appropriate advertising messages
- Come up with business strategy ideas and promote the company's brand
- Set up a Marketing plan, propose campaign costs, and be responsible within the assigned budget
- Directly implement Marketing campaigns on Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Zalo Ads & e-commerce platforms
- Monitor and measure effectiveness through weekly/monthly reports and propose improvement solutions during and after plan implementation
- Coordinate with other departments in the company such as sales, customer care, PR,... with assigned marketing activities
