I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- The company has Win service available (Top 1 competitive price in the market), Media warehouse, needs candidates with experience in running budgets to convert and scale the number of customers and sales.
- Manage and deploy Digital Marketing channels (Focusing on Facebook Ads):
+ Come up with content ideas and implement advertising campaigns on Facebook (Mess);
+ Statistics and analysis of data and conversion rates to optimize costs and increase revenue;
+ Report effectively and make comments and suggestions for channel development;
+ Secondary deployment channels: Shopee Ads, Tiktok Ads,...
– Monitor new trends in Digital Marketing in the fashion industry from the market, competitors,...
– Together with the Board of Directors, provide development directions for the brand and products;
– Some tasks as assigned by management;
II. RIGHT:
- Income from 12,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND;
- 2 month probation period, 85%.
- Hard salary 8,500,000 VND + Allowance 500,000 + % extremely attractive commission + Hot bonus;
- Working hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Lunch break 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.).
- From Monday to Saturday morning. Off Saturday afternoon + Sunday;

III. REQUEST
- Education level: College/University (Economics, marketing, management,...)
- Experience: 01 year or more - Experience in logistics industry is preferred
- Proficient in Facebook Ads and effective measurement tools
- Basic photo and video editing (Photoshop/Canva/Capcut/Camtasia...)
- Honest, eager to learn, proactive and highly responsible at work
- Have a desire to work for a long time
- Have personal laptop
