    Job Description

    1. Advertising planning and strategy :
      • Build marketing plans for products and brands on E-commerce platforms in line with business goals.
      • Analyze target audience and user behavior trends on these two platforms.
    2. Content Management :
      • Create creative, engaging content (videos, images, articles) appropriate for each platform.
      • Manage your content calendar and optimize content to increase engagement.
      • Follow and apply trending topics on TikTok and Facebook.
    3. Ads Management :
      • Set up, run and optimize advertising campaigns (TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, GG ads).
      • Manage advertising budget, track performance and optimize cost/effectiveness (CPC, CPM, ROAS).
      • Conduct A/B Testing to determine the most effective content and target audience.
    4. Analysis and reporting :
      • Track, measure and analyze campaign performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics.
      • Regularly report on campaign results, making recommendations for improvement.
    5. Internal and external cooperation :
      • Work with creative team (design, video editor) to produce content.
      • Cooperate with influencers and KOLs to carry out promotional campaigns.
      • Engage with customers across platforms to enhance experiences and answer questions.
