Job details

Plan to arrange transportation according to customer orders sent from the sales department
Arrange work, arrange reasonable routes for the driver team, assign specific tasks to each driver in a reasonable, scientific, cost-effective and timely manner.
Create a detailed tracking table: orders, customers, contact people, vehicle numbers, vehicle fleet, pickup location, delivery location. Completion time for each order to notify the sales department
Contact the driver team to understand any problems during the delivery and receipt process
- Monitor and control the driver's delivery and receipt process, manage and guide drivers to handle arising problems.
- Coordinate with the sales department and customers to notify issues that need to be resolved so that the vehicle can complete the delivery and receipt work.
Monitor and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each vehicle, thereby creating the most appropriate plan to allocate output to each vehicle fleet.
