Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

Customer care and interaction
Be responsible for interacting with clients to review incoming requests and determine realistic production deadlines
File sharing handling and performing that productions / photos / images are done successfully in time .
Tracks and reports all issues to management..

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in using file sharing sites, customer care.
Highly pay attention to detail and organization.
Good written and verbal English skills.
Flexible, adaptable, and problem-solving skills.
Administration and organization mind-set.
Have the ability to work in a team and organize a group effort.
Have highly developed scenes responsible for the work.
Be able to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
