- Manage drivers and vehicles, understand both quantity and quality.
- Receive orders and handle issues related to transportation, daily delivery.
- Planning and arranging transportation according to customer orders.
- Arrange and arrange work, reasonable route for the driver, assign specific work to each driver staff.
- Arrange delivery reasonably, scientifically, save cost, on time.
- Monitor and control the delivery process of the driver, manage and guide the driver to handle arising problems.
- Work together and support transporters and warehouses on arising problems.
- Other tasks as assigned by Area Manager.
