    Job Description

    • Develop programs and price lists for domestic and international tours.
    • Building a data system for air ticket services, Land Tour partners.
    • Update and manage data for operating work.
    • Carry out transactions, negotiate with customers on the process of consulting, registration and signing of travel contracts.
    • Working with service providers such as: restaurants, hotels, transportation, sightseeing tickets... to negotiate on the way, quality and good price.
    • Adjust and assign responsibilities to the tour guide in charge of the tour.
    • Perform operations, supervision, coordination and handling arising in the tour.
    • Regularly check and update services and service prices, ensuring that the price is consistent with service quality and competition.
    • Synthesize documents related to the tour, coordinate with the accountant to complete the contract, payment and contract settlement procedures.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual service reports.
    • Perform other related work or as required.
