Job details
- Manage equipment and tools, ensure the operation of production equipment and tools meets the factory's production schedule and productivity.
- Supervise, plan maintenance and upkeep of equipment to ensure equipment operation, and promptly repair when equipment shows signs of damage.
- Organize and arrange materials, goods, and vehicles in the warehouse to be neat and clean, separate each type at a fire-proof distance, away from the roof and walls for convenient inspection and rescue when necessary.
- Regularly check the operating status of machinery and equipment in the workshop. Ensure machinery operates smoothly and safely.
- Check and record operating parameters of each machine and equipment according to regulations.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance according to regulations for each type of machine and equipment.
-Perform equipment repairs when needed.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments to carry out tasks assigned by superiors
- Instruct employees to operate the machine properly
- Preserve specialized tools and equipment for the electromechanical department.
- Propose improvement measures to improve working efficiency.
- Implement orders to mobilize overtime production according to the Company's requirements, to ensure goods output. Benefits are calculated according to Company regulations.
- Perform other tasks that arise during work.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Production Manager and Board of Directors.
