Job Description

1. Job description:

Check contracts, documents and fully and accurately update customer information on the system.
Carry out procedures for conversion, change of ownership, and liquidation of contracts according to customer requests.
Collect fees from customers who come to pay at the transaction counter and from fee collection staff working at the branch.
Manage and support the fee collection staff to ensure completion of payment targets as required by the department.
Update on the management system all receipts during the day, and ensure payment is complete and accurate.
Perform other transactions as requested by customers and department heads.
Create interactions and personalized experiences for users/customers across contact points and online/offline contact channels.
Work area: Hoang Mai District

2. Requirements:

Male, Female, ages 20 to 28.
Graduated from College or higher majoring in Economics, Accounting, Human Resources,...
Good looking, good communication.
Ability to organize work and supervise.
Adapt quickly and withstand work pressure.
Priority is given to candidates with degrees in economics, finance, and foreign languages.
Have the mindset of "Customer is the focus".
