    Job Description

    I. Job description:

    • Receive orders to purchase materials for construction and interior projects.
    • Find suppliers, get quotes, compare and recommend the supplier with the best price.
    • Create purchase orders/drafts, negotiate contract prices with Suppliers.
    • Plan to receive goods, arrange the time to receive goods and notify the driver department and the warehouse department to import goods to the warehouse.
    • Handle faulty orders working with suppliers.
    • Make a list of supplier information.
    • Track supplier debt (if any).
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department and Board of Directors.

    II. Job requirements:

    • Experience preferred.
    • Good communication skills, able to negotiate unit prices and related work.
    • Skills in organizing and arranging work.
    • Know how to use basic computer software: word, excel, Misa accounting, KTVN.

    III. Benefits:

    IV. Working time:

    • Monday to Saturday.
