- Copy customer documents as requested.- Draft text and print documents via photocopy machine.- Bind books, stamp books, documents in sets, package.- Be friendly, enthusiastic in consulting, supporting customers in drafting documents and scanning, photocopying documents according to expertise.- Repair and maintain machines periodically to ensure good operation.- Arrange and store copies of documents as requested by customers or according to the store's system.- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the work area, including desks, photocopy machines, and other items.- Perform other support tasks as requested by the store manager. Have skills in using photocopiers and basic office equipment. Accuracy and carefulness in the process of copying documents. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Ability to work in a pressured environment and have the ability to manage time effectively. Good health to be able to work and load necessary documents.
