1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive incoming calls from customers who are using services of Vinaphone network.
- Answering customers' questions related to the network's products and services, providing information about SIM cards, Vinaphone telecommunications network.
- Provide promotions to customers.

3. TIME: Full time 7 hours/day (alternating morning and afternoon)
- Morning: 7am to 3pm
- Afternoon: 3pm to 11pm (afternoon shift is available)
1 day off a week

- Graduated from high school or higher or student (regardless of major)
- Don't lie l,n
- Quick communication
- No laptop required
- No experience, training will be provided
