1. Details of work
- Receive calls and handle problems that need to be resolved complaints, reports of failures related to sim service, Mobicast telecommunications network of customers.
- Call out customer surveys on product and service quality, record feedback to help improve products and services.
2. Working time
Fulltime: Rotating shifts according to the arrangement of the shift supervisor (1 day off/week):
- Shift 1: 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m
- Shift 2: 14h30 - 22h00
- Shift 3: 22h00 - 7h00
3. Working location
4th floor, V1-401 building, Home City, Nguyen Chanh, Cau Giay, Hanoi (or go to 177 Trung Kinh, Cau Giay, Hanoi).
