Job duties:
- Receive, support and answer customers' questions about LG products such as washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, phones...
- Call out to confirm customer satisfaction when using the product according to available data
- Solve related requests: consult LG's warranty policy, provide IMEI number, warranty address, warranty center, LG stores...
- Receive and resolve complaints: check warranty, report machine error, screen error ... and related issues of departments (if any)
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
- Complete reports according to company regulations
- Support other employees to accomplish common goals.
Job requirements:
- Graduated from high school or above in all professions
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in sales, customer service (3 months or more)
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Easy-to-listen voice (No lisp, speak dialect)
- Active in work.
- Able to use basic computer science
- Careful, careful.
Salary + Benefits:
- Salary: (excluding KPIs + OT bonus -> salary upto from 9-12 million).
- Any 1 day off per week

- Time: Working flexible rotating shifts: shift 1: 08h00 - 17h30; shift 2: 13:00-21:00; broken shift: 08h00 - 12h00; 16h00 - 20h00; 09h00 - 18h30.
