Marketing Ads
- Deploy and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads according to the set plan.
-Analyze target customers' behavior and interests to optimize content and advertising strategies.
-Monitor advertising performance, evaluate key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and recommend improvement options.
-Work closely with content and design teams to create creative and engaging advertising designs.
-Manage advertising budget, ensure effective spending and achieve set KPIs.
-Update new trends in advertising, test new strategies to improve campaign performance.
-Synthesize data, measure advertising effectiveness by week/month/quarter and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the implementation of other marketing activities as directed by management.
- Make periodic reports on work progress and advertising effectiveness to management.
Content Marketing
- Create content, ideas and work with the content team to produce, shoot, and edit videos on social networking platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok...
- Manage channel content quality, regularly come up with new ideas and initiatives to develop the channel according to the company's goals.
- Search and connect with KOLs and KOCs to create Influencer Marketing Campaigns on platforms.
- Research trends, catch trends, learn how platforms work and time-based algorithms.
- Plan weekly/monthly/quarterly content to develop the channel in charge.
- Livestream host
- Implement other marketing content as assigned by management.
- Report work to direct manager
