Job description:
- Operating and monitoring network infrastructure: LAN, WAN, Wifi, phone, security camera...
- Manage computer systems, information technology equipment: Install and install computer equipment, printers...
- Manage servers, workstations, firewalls, network devices.
- Manage, operate and monitor camera system: office, warehouse
- Manage IPX phone system
- Plan and perform periodic inspection, maintenance, upgrade and backup of systems and equipment.
- Proposing solutions, building software and applications to support effective work.
- Support, guide, troubleshoot for members of the Company to operate effectively: Network problems, servers, printers, copiers, projectors, online meeting equipment, desk phones, software soft,...
- Carry out administrative procedures: The records of procurement, repair and maintenance of equipment.
- Manage email system, domain name, hosting.
- Perform a number of tasks at the request of the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
