    Job Description

    ✔️Gender: Male, under 35 years old.

    ✔️ College degree or higher in Automotive Technology, Dynamic Engineering or related fields.

    ✔️ Have at least 01 year of experience as a service consultant in the automotive field.

    ✔️ Have good communication skills

    ✔️ Honesty, compliance with company rules

    ✔️ No tattoos (no tattoos accepted)

    ✔️ No smoking

    ✔️ Love and be willing to practice Japanese greetings and culture

    ✔️ Good health, able to withstand high pressure, hardworking and highly responsible

    Prioritize:

    ✔️Ability to work independently and in groups

    ✔️Ability to use office software

    Job Description:

    ✔️ Perform the work of receiving, quoting and consulting on maintenance, general repair, and body repair according to Toyota's 6-step standard process.
    ✔️ Ensure repair quality and vehicle delivery schedule to customers

    ✔️ Complete repair settlement procedures, vehicle delivery, update and manage customer records.

    ✔️ Take care of, maintain and develop relationships with customers. Coordinate with departments to receive and resolve customer issues.

    ✔️ Handle insurance work according to the agreed process with the insurance company

    ✔️ Implement and ensure maintenance of company regulations and culture.
