JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Accountant
Department: Accounting Department.
Work place: Phat Tien Seafood Co., Ltd - No. 642, Pham Huu Lau Street, Ward 6, Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap Province, Vietnam.
Staff group: Direct.
Reporting directly to: Head of Accounting Department.
Reporting indirectly to: Chief Financial Officer.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. ACCOUNTANT – LOCAL SALE:
1. Based on the contract or sales invoice issue;
2. Fully check the consistency of the delivery note with the delivery note before issuing the invoice;
3. Monitor, update and compare input invoices and debts of goods purchased and sold with related parties;
4. Report sales debt to the Chief accountant on a regular basis or Chief Financial Officer upon request/ Report sales debt to the Chief accountant periodically or the Chief Financial Officer upon request.
II. ACCOUNTING - FOREIGN SALES:
1. Based on the set of documents and the export contract, issue a sales invoice;
2. Fully check the consistency of the set of documents with the delivery note before issuing the invoice;
3. Monitor, update and compare input invoices, debts of goods purchased and sold or entrusted with related parties;
4. Charge entrustment fee and issue entrustment invoice to related parties;
5. Report export turnover, detailed sales to the Chief of Accounting Department periodically or the Finance Director upon request.
III. OTHER ACCOUNTING WORKS:
1. Store accounting data according to regulations;
2. Record, recommend and propose remedial measures to improve development;
3. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Accounting Department or the Board of Directors.
EXPERIENCE, SKILL AND CULTURAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Graduated from college or university majoring in Auditing - Accounting, Banking and Finance, Banking or equivalent diplomas;
2. Having skills in planning and teamwork;
3. Sensitive, dynamic, capable of thinking and analyzing;
4. Fluently use office computers, know how to use accounting software;
5. Be careful, have a sense of responsibility at work;
6. Executing tasks accurately and strictly according to assigned regulations.
