- Clearance procedures for import and export goods of all types: trading, processing, manufacturing for export, making C/O forms, Quarantine, working with relevant specialized agencies,... and other related work
- Solve arising problems during customs clearance with customers and Customs
- Prepare House Bill documents, Issue D/O. Make Booking Note, Train Schedule. Contact shipping lines, airlines and foreign partners about shipment progress
- Take care of old customers & find new customers.
- Other tasks as required by the company

Job requirements :
- Graduated from College or above majoring in Foreign Trade, Import-Export Business Management, International Economics,...
- At least 01 year experience in Logistics, international transport, import-export, shipping lines...
- Have a high sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, curiosity, good communication and persuasion skills.
- Able to work independently & in a team, able to work under pressure
- English level B or higher (fluent in writing, listening, speaking). Priority if knowing more foreign languages such as Chinese, Korean...
- Proficient in office computer: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ..
