- Prepare and track purchase & sale contracts.
- Prepare seafood export documents: Customs declaration, BL, C/O, H/C, Inv, P.List, Phyto
- Prepare and submit SI as B/L with shipping lines.
- Enter order information on the system, coordinate to schedule shipment with the factory.
- Checking and monitoring the quality of seafood products during production & shipment (when employees have needs, they will be guided and increase their income)
- Contact supplier to get quotation and send to customer
- Directly dealing with foreign customers.
- Candidates graduated from University/College majors: Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Management, Seafood Processing...
- Candidates with at least 01 year of experience in the field of Import-Export seafood & Logistic / Forward is an advantage and has high income.
- Candidates who have no experience, but have passion in the field of import and export will be trained and guided enthusiastically.
- Qualification: College, University or professional courses in import and export.
- Foreign languages: English to read and understand basic documents, additional training will be provided.
- Fluently use office computer, Macbook, email, online chat applications, skype. whatsapp...
- Friendly, dynamic, positive, eager to learn & responsible at work.
