JOB DETAILS- Directly in charge of the document process for export goods to the US and South America.
- Receive information from customers/company agents for booking and shipment information.
- Contact Overseas Agent for confirmation of shipment information
- Check with shipping line about Free DEM/DET time
- Receive SI from customer to make HBL and send HBL to customer for checking
- Declare SI, VGM, EDI... to shipping lines/coloaders within the prescribed time
- Update the system, check and compare documents with the system, issue MB/L of the shipping line, receive SWB from the carrier, send documents to the consignee to complete the import procedure.
- Declare shipment information on the company system
- Check and pay fees with shipping lines
- Prepare Debit/ Credit note for customer
- Send Pre-Alert after the goods have been loaded on board.
- Track shipments and resolve issues that arise within the scope of work and responsibility.
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
REQUEST - Graduated from college/university in economics, foreign trade, import-export...
- Have 6 months to 1 year of experience (Customer Service/OP staff)
- Good English - Good time management skills
- Withstand high work pressure
