Job Description

Receive booking confirmation from customer service and detailed information (SI, VGM, ISF, price file,..) from sales and customers.
Send detailed information to make MB/L to shipping line. Issue HB/L, provide AMS - ISF information to customer/agent.
Check and adjust HB/L - MB/L and documents related to the shipment (if any)
Submit and track AMS results (for goods going to the US), ACI (for goods going to Canada), AFR (for goods going to Japan).
Send pre-alert to agent & necessary instructions.
Complete data entry and add information to the system according to internal procedures
Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, annually) and internal reports as required (if any).
Track freight information and update/feedback to customers/agents
Urge, check and reconcile related freight information of shipping lines, pricing/sales department for accounting to pay suppliers
Check and compare, and get confirmation information from customers for accounting to issue invoices and update customer debts.
Coordinate with accountants to urge customers to pay debts on time.
