WORK CONTENT

Take export booking, submit SI to shipping line, make export BILL;
Coordinate with the vehicle dispatching department to monitor packing schedules;
Coordinate with the log department to open accounts, make CO, fumi, phyto, ... and necessary documents related to the shipment;
Receive debit from shipping line, co-loader, check with sales and send payment request to accountant;
Coordinate with sales to handle and resolve customer complaints and questions to ensure customer satisfaction with the company's service quality;
Track/monitor shipments from start to completion.
