    Job Description

    - Defective goods management (HFI)

    - Coordinate with relevant departments to handle work

    - Report abnormal product quality and QC equipment information to Quality Supervisor/ Quality Manager

    - Use SPC software to make COA for orders.

    - Support Department Manager when there are customer complaints.

    - Maintain ISO, FSSC activities of the department

    - Other tasks as required by superiors
