Job Description

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

Consulting, instructing on use and answering questions and complaints from MoMo e-Wallet customers via Hotline, Application, Email, Chat.
Customer service staff will be assigned work tasks according to the Manager's instructions.
Record information on the system and forward tickets to relevant departments to handle customer issues (if any).
Ensure required KPIs are met

BENEFITS

Income: 6,500,000 – 8,500,000/month
Night shift allowance when morning shift staff come to night shift support: 50,000/shift
Apprenticeship cost support: 2,100,000/15 days.
Parking cost support: 10,000 VND/working day at the company or free parking.
Holiday and birthday bonuses (According to Company regulations).
Fully equipped with tools and equipment for work.

Annual salary increase for senior employees

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Male/female, high school graduate or higher, age not over 35.
Customer service experience is an advantage.
No work commitments, can work rotating shifts, random arrangements, not fixed.
Good communication and complaint handling skills, friendly communication, progressive spirit.
Easy to listen voice, not too strong regional accent.
Withstand work pressure.

WORKING TIME

From Monday to Sunday, 1 day OFF per week.

45 working hours/week (7.5 hours/shift)

30 minutes break/shift.
