- Calling, searching and consulting customers.
- Taking care of old and new customers.
- Learn about the company's products and services.
- Communicating and expanding relationships with customers.
- Receive KPI and working schedule from superiors.
- Compilation of reports to upper management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female aged 20-35
- Qualification: Intermediate/College/University
- Good communication skills, have a clear and inspiring voice, do not slur or stutter
- Able to work independently under high pressure
- Quick, dynamic, enthusiastic, eager to learn
- Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone
