Job Description

Consulting and telesales:
- Call customers from a given list to introduce medical examination, spa and pharmacy services.
- Detailed advice on service packages, promotions and products suitable to customer needs.
- Close orders, schedule appointments and guide customers through the service process.
- Ensure monthly sales targets and KPIs are met.
Customer care:
- Receive and handle calls and messages from customers, answer questions and complaints.
- Track and remind customers of regular medical appointments, spa visits or medication purchases.
- After-service consultation, customer support during treatment and beauty care.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Customer data management:
- Update, store customer information and interaction history.
- Follow up and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer status, telesales effectiveness and customer care.
