Job Description

work content

Learn and research the company's products to introduce to customers, advise and answer customers' questions in the field of advertising materials
Customer care according to Company policy, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
Take care of the Company's fanpage regarding advertising materials
Receive orders from customers: consult, check quotes with each agent milestone. Place orders for customers in sufficient quantity and at the correct price according to the quote
Order tracking: Track shipping and delivery progress on time and completely according to customer requirements
Perform other tasks requested by superiors
Working hours: - Fulltime (Monday-Saturday, 8am-5:30pm, 90-minute lunch break) or Parttime (Monday-Saturday, 8am-12pm or 1:30pm-5:30pm)

Candidate requirements:

Hardworking, careful, responsible at work
Good communication skills, sociable
Basic office information technology word and excel
Have a personal computer
