1. Taking care of customers over the phone, answering customers' questions about the Company's products through the company's social networking sites – No Sale (Customers are Agents, Distributors of the Company)
2. Receive customer feedback after receiving the goods to report to the Manager.
3. Support consulting, provide photos, describe products in accordance with the needs of customers
4. Support and coordinate with Sales and Marketing departments to implement and disseminate promotions.
5. Call to wish happy birthday, send online cards, flowers, gifts on guests' birthdays.
6. Coordinate and support the work of the Department and perform other jobs under the direction of the Manager
