- Posting ads to find customers on real estate news channels
- Call to get acquainted with the townhouse owner according to available data.
- Grasp customer needs & advise on appropriate product information.
- Find rental products on good marketplace sites.
- Arrange and schedule the sales department to take customers to see the house.
- Prepare contract signing.
Candidate requirements
- Good verbal/communication skills;
- Listen and grasp customer psychology;
- Ability to advise, persuade and expand relationships;
- Able to work independently and in groups;
Working time
- Work directly at the office.
- From Monday to Saturday: Morning from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.,
- Afternoon from 13:00 to 17:00
