    Job Description

    1. Job Description
    • Directly on Fanpage/ website/ hotline/ e-commerce platform,... reply to inbox/ comment to advise on sales through the company's online channels
    • Manage and take care of online customer leads
    • Handle situations arising related to customer feedback on product quality, service quality - Send messages/call to take care of customers periodically according to the process - Work with the marketing department to plan and implement customer care activities - Prepare reports on plans, work, costs, online sales, ... as required.
    • Other tasks as directed by the direct manager

    2. Requirements

    • Age: 20-30 years old, college graduate or higher.
    • Good looking, good English is an advantage.
    • From 01 year of experience in a similar position, priority given to working in a business/retail/technology company.
    • High sense of responsibility, good communication, quick thinking ability, good situation handling.
    • Desire for stability and long-term commitment
    • Gender: Female
