- Answer questions related to products and product information to attract potential customers
- Process incoming calls
- Record account information and update customer data
- Resolve product-related issues, ensuring that issues are resolved to customer satisfaction.
- Support ordering, canceling orders, refunding or exchanging goods when requested by customers
- Search for customer information, analyze customer needs to propose potential products

• Age: 20 - 30 years old
• Have a spirit of cooperation, high responsibility, passion for business and ready to advance to higher positions (mentor/leader).
• Good communication and situation handling skills, meeting job requirements.
