Job Description

Receive data from the Marketing department to advise on products and service procedures at the TMV to customers in need.
Direct fanpage, respond to customer advice
Negotiate, consult, and persuade customers to use high-tech beauty services, spas, and cosmetic surgery.
Remind customers about the next treatment date, book an appointment
Receive and process customer requests/inquiries related to products/services provided by TMV
Monitor and continuously update TMV's product/service policies.
Statistics to make customer service reports as requested.
Coordinate with other departments/divisions to achieve business goals.
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
