1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive and handle customer problems and complaints related to the company's products and services.
- Support and advise appropriate solutions to solve customer problems.
- Respond to messages, calls, and answer all customer questions before, during, and after using the company's products and services.
- Monitor to promptly modify and adjust problems arising during customers' use of the company's products and services.
- Support customers to place orders, resolve issues related to orders.

- Morning: 8:00 - 12:00, Afternoon: 13:15 - 17:00 from Monday - Saturday.
- Lunch break 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Fixed off on Sunday and the last Saturday of the month.
CS2: 29 Le Hong Phong, Tan Tien Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City.
- Morning: 7:30 - 11:30, Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:00 from Monday - Saturday.
- Lunch break 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Fixed off on Sunday and the last Saturday of the month.
