Receive customer information from channels: Website, app, etc. About booking airline tickets, canceling tickets, changing information...
Responsible for booked reservations and issued tickets and services (Ticket issuance, changes, refunds, cancellations...) according to customer requests, using ticket booking systems 1A, 1B, 1S, 1G, ....
Monitor GDS system, airline ticket booking and tracking system for customers.
Track ticket issuance time (TKTL), issue tickets, and track passenger flight status.
Consulting and answering customer questions related to flight information and accompanying services.
Flexibly handle incidents and situations that arise.
Communicate and coordinate with relevant groups, international teams and partners/suppliers as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head/Deputy Head.
