    Job Description

    • Receive and handle customer problems and complaints related to products. enterprise services.
    • Consulting on product solutions for customers.
    • Analyze and clarify customers' rights when importing TP's goods and binding terms
    • Respond to messages and advise, answer all customer questions before, during and after using products/services.
    • Continuously monitor to promptly correct and adjust problems that arise while customers use products/services.
    • Handling calls, acting as a bridge between customers and related departments.
    • Support customers to place orders, exchange goods, refund or cancel orders.
    • Make telesale calls for goods/services according to targets assigned by management.
    • Consulting on discount and promotional programs for customers.
    • Collect, research and analyze customer needs, as a basis for proposing business development strategies to superiors. (According to the Company's available form)
    • Attract and find potential customers, optimize sales.
    • Contribute ideas and strive to complete all assigned tasks well.
    • Work on the principle of respecting the regulations, policies and culture of your business.
