- Receive and answer questions and complaints from Sellers on issues such as:
- Register for a booth
- Product content
- Commercial business
- Issues related to delivery information
- Finance and payment
- Tools / features on Seller Center (Sales Center)
- Complaints and compensation
- Update information and reports to the system
INCOME AND BENEFITS
- Income: 6,500,000 – 8,000,000/Month
- 2-month probationary period, receive 85% of basic salary + 100% of allowances + KPI bonus
