Job Description

- Receive and answer customer inquiries via phone, gmail, website, management software... within the specified time.
- Record, respond and resolve customer complaints and questions.
- Get customer opinions about software, applications (products and services) used.
* Working hours: Monday _ Saturday morning
+ Morning: 8am_11:30am
+ Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:00
* Probationary salary 8,000,000_ from the 2nd month onwards 9,000,000 to 15,000,000
* Subsidy of 1,500,000 gasoline and lunch
