Job Description

Manage incoming calls, receive and process customer feedback;
Consulting and instructions on how to use products and services appropriately;
Instruct customers to pay and adjust information;
Support and guide customers on online account opening procedures and monitor and update customer lists
Answer customer questions/complaints according to the prescribed process and time;
Account information; place stock orders, fulfill customer requests;
Conduct service surveys via call center;
Support guidance and answer information for information brokers about products, services, and arising errors;
Track errors arising from customers and brokers from the system, update tracking files.
Send email notifications to customers: happy birthday, holiday announcements, announcements of changes to MAS products and services...
Birthday gift program for customers, Gratitude to old customers
Connecting parts to ensure thorough handling of customer requirements,
Support relevant departments to resolve customer requests. Contribute opinions and propose MAS products and services
