    Job Description

    1. Job details
    • Call potential customers to inform them about the company's products and services using a pre-written script (customer data is available, you don't have to find it yourself, the company supports phone and SIM cards). HOT NUMBER DATA NO NEED TO SEARCH FOR CUSTOMERS.
    • Answer product or company questions from customers.
    • Ask some questions to capture customer requirements and close the order.
    • Enter and update customer information in the database.
    • Coordinate sales with telesales members in the team and other departments.
    • Handle complaints from customers to protect company reputation.
    • Other jobs according to management level.
