1. Receive data of customers who have purchased products of the company, contact to call for care, get survey opinions about product experience.
2. Support to answer customers' questions, and guide the use of products of the business.
3. Introduce special promotions and incentives for old customers, upsale products to increase revenue and customer experience.
4. Participate in building a methodical and professional customer care process.
5. Perform other tasks at the request of the Head of Department.
6. Working time: 8:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Saturday.
