Open and maintain customer accounts by collecting and recording customer account information.
Handle company service problems, resolve them by clarifying customer complaints, answering questions, identifying causes of complaints and finding solutions.
Plan and develop customer care content according to each business plan of the company
Collect and analyze customer needs to propose development strategies to managers.
Work according to the company's processes, guidelines, policies and culture, and complete the assigned work with the team.
Attract potential customers, improve sales.
Other tasks as required by Manager.
Qualification and Competency Requirements
Having knowledge in the financial field such as Forex, Coin, Securities… is an advantage
At least 3 years of Sales experience, Female preferred
Easy to listen to, good communication skills.
Understand, know, master the customer care process.
Secure corporate client files.
Quick thinking, patience in handling situations with customers.
Enthusiastic, thoughtful, good listener, eager to learn and progressive in work.
Proactive, creative, capable of understanding customer psychology.
Dynamic, with a high sense of responsibility at work.
