- Coordinate with the marketing department to implement advertising and promotion programs, carefully analyze the benefits of customers when receiving, receive procedures to maximize the effectiveness of the marketing plan according to the objectives. go out
- Plan to visit each customer, regular customer of the company. Organize the implementation, check, monitor and adjust the plan. Take customer feedback to improve work.
- Actively plan to increase gifts for customers on holidays, Tet, opening day, and establishment date of customers (coordinating with each sales channel to organize implementation).
- Follow up the product warranty plan, check the warranty plan, warranty activities, maintenance and repair activities to understand the company's satisfaction with this activity.
- Conduct customer satisfaction measurement. Report the results to the Sales Executive, find out the cause of the customer's bad and unsatisfactory evaluations, propose solutions for improvement.
- All customer care activities must be set up in processes, constantly looking for measures to continuously improve the company's customer care activities.
- Arrange working schedule, meet customers for business employees.
- Meet with customers from the Business Unit.
