Job duties
- Receive and handle incoming calls from customers via hotline;
- Answer all questions related to the company's products and services through fanpage, tiktok, ...
- Receive and solve problems related to quality, goods and services of the company's restaurants.
- Receive table reservations, party reservations at all restaurants of the company.
- Conduct surveys, customers' feelings about the quality of services and products of the company, thereby recording customer feedback to improve products and services
- Receive and manage complaints and issues that need to be resolved from customers and provide information to departments in the company to handle those complaints.
- Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs to propose related issues to satisfy customer needs.
- Monitor and continuously update the restaurant's product/service policies and notify customers about promotions, discounts, etc.
- Make reports to superiors on customer survey, satisfaction with products and services, thereby contributing suggestions to improve and improve work quality.
