CALLA COMMUNICATION COMPANY NEED TO RECRUIT – CUSTOMER CARE STAFF (PRIORITY FOR YOU HAVE BEEN BANKING SALE, LOANS)
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recording and summarizing customer comments
- Consulting and answering customers' questions related to the company's products and services.
- Support to resolve customer complaints within the allowed scope;
- Provide promotional programs to customers;
- Record and report feedback from customers, propose solutions for timely handling;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor and Head of Department
- Search & develop new source of customers
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Age: age
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in banking and finance sales
- Hardworking, hard working, high responsibility in work
- Good communication and construction skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Have a working laptop
III. RIGHT
- Probation: Official: Basic salary + bonus + allowance
- Allowance for petrol, lunch, phone: VND
- Work for 6 months and receive free housing allowance for employees
