. Handle questions, objections, answer all questions and aim for customer satisfaction.
. Analyze and evaluate customer satisfaction and plan + implement weekly improvements to unsatisfactory points.

. Arrange and schedule medical appointments and provide services to customers.
. Do support tasks as assigned such as: Taking care of FB pages and Zalo Hotline, Seeding forums, groups, FB pages, participating in Livestream, filming, taking photos...

- Apprentices are trained for 1 week without pay, lunch support is 50k/day.
