JOB DETAILS:

-Work directly in a modern, fully equipped office.

- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers based on company-provided data.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively contact, inquire about, support, and greet returning customers, answering questions, handling complaints, and responding to customer feedback during the purchase and after-sales process via Zalo.
Update complete customer information, work history, and service results on the CRM system.
Provide product consultation and price quotes when customers have specific needs.
Perform other customer service tasks as assigned by the manager.
New employees receive one-on-one training, follow established procedures and scripts, and are not under high sales pressure.

REQUEST:

BENEFITS RECEIVED:

Basic salary: 7,500,000 - 8,500,000 VND/month (100% salary during probation)
Commission: 0.1% based on sales (no limit), averaging 6-8 million VND.
Lunch allowance: 30,000 VND/day
Bonus: 200,000 – 500,000 VND
Working on Sundays: Double pay (for exceeding standard working hours)
Average income: 12,000,000 – 16,000,000 VND/month (depending on ability)
