TOEIC BUILDING IS RECRUITING PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

1. General information
* Work 5 shifts per week (each shift is 4 hours 14-18h or 18-22h; flexible shift rotation)
* Fixed salary: 25k/hour
* Commission: Depends on work performance
* Income: From 2-4 million per month
* Working location: Toeic Building No. 27, Lane 157, Phao Dai Lang, Dong Da, Hanoi
2. Job description
- Receive and process feedback and messages from students promptly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, regularly contact to check on learning situation to ensure student satisfaction.
- Proactively contact students during incentive programs, promotions and special occasions such as holidays, Tet, and anniversaries to enhance engagement.
- Manage facilities, ensure administrative and aesthetic issues at the school.
- Other tasks as required by management.
4. Requirements
- Good communication
- Good ability to analyze and handle situations
- Careful, thoughtful, service minded, enthusiastic in work
- Priority given to those with experience in similar or related positions (if not, training will be provided)
- Knowing English is an advantage
