Receive and forward information about customer problems and complaints related to the company's products and services.
Reply to messages and advise, answer all customer questions before, during and after using products/services
Organize exchange activities and competitions between residents of the facilities (media)
Extend contracts with expiring customers
Maintain and ensure service quality and service standards currently in place at the facility.
Coordinate with Operations Staff to collect rent and other expenses
Job requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience related to customer service
Withstand work pressure
Proficient in computer, basic word and excel
Have personal computer.
